What are the delivery options and prices?

Delivery is free for orders over $49.00 inc. GST

Standard Delivery is $9.95

How long does delivery usually take?

Aussie Pharmacy will dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days Monday to Friday assuming all items are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible thereafter.

Delivery times are reliant upon normal Australia Post delivery times and vary depending on where you live. Please allow between 1-8 working days from the date of the order being shipped.

  • For metro areas our delivery time frame is 2-4 business days.
  • For regional areas our delivery time frame is 4-6 business days.
  • For remote locations our delivery time frame is 5-12 business days.

Do I need to sign for my order? Can I have my order left at home if I am not there?

Whilst in the secure checkout in the delivery method section you can select the option “Parcel to be left at the premises if no one is available to accept it”.

Australia Post will leave the parcel out of street view and out of the weather. If these conditions cannot be met, your order will be carded to the closest local Australia Post outlet.

What happens if there is an issue with my order? Damaged/missing items/never delivered? Please reword

Whilst every effort is made to ensure this does not happen if the above has occurred you will need to contact out customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order at support@aussiepharmacy.com.au with any relevant photos and order number and we will assist you further.

How can I cancel an order I have placed?

The best way to cancel an order is by calling 02 9987 2233 as soon as possible. In most cases, orders placed are dispatched within 1 Business day.

Orders that are in fulfilment cannot, in most cases be cancelled due to our system processing the order efficiently. Once your order is processed into this stage a cancellation will not be possible.

Prescription Medications, Baby Formula, Vitamins, Fragrances and other consumable products are unable to be refunded or returned once they have been dispatched.

What if I didn’t receive a confirmation email?

Am I able to add products to an order I have already placed? Yes if the parcal has not been despatched, please call.

Am I able to refund or exchange products I have ordered online?

Prescription Medications, Baby Formula, Vitamins, Fragrances and other consumable products are unable to be refunded or exchanged once they have been dispatched. Products must not have been used or opened in anyway. 

Do you have an Australian made category section?

Yes. We love supporting Australian business and industries, and so you can see those items which are produced right here at home. Quick side note: for us, loving Australia isn’t a xenophobic dislike of other cultures. Humanity is a rich tapestry! But where possible, we like to support the people in our community.
