Directions: Adults (18yo+): Take 4 tablets daily. Swallow with a glass of water. Break, cut or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns.

Each film coated tablet Contains:

Hydrolysed Collagen 1.25g

Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 11.25

Reynoutria Japonica root ext. dry conc. 29 Micrograms.

Equiv. to dry root. 2.61 mg

Retinol acetate 50.3 micrograms. equiv to Vitamin A 43.75 micrograms RE

Product Warnings: If you are pregnant - or considering becoming pregnant - do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents - Vitamin A can cause birth defects. Large tablet size. Contains sulfites and phenylalanine. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalent for men. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
