Returns & Exchanges Policy
If there is a problem with any of the products you’ve ordered, rest assured that we are really unhappy about this. Probably almost as unhappy as you are! We will do everything we can to make it right.
Aussie Pharmacy accepts returns in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Contact our Customer Service Team via email@example.com or (02) 9987 22 33 to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair or refund. Please note your shipping fee will not be refunded.
Aussie Pharmacy does not accept the return of items under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstance for the following products:
- Prescription Medicines
- Over The Counter Medicines
- Vitamin Supplements
- Consumable Products
If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via firstname.lastname@example.org or (02) 9987 22 33 and our customer service team will assist in finding a solution.
Online purchases can only be returned as outlined above. Returns or exchange for in store purchases should be directed to the original store from which you purchased your goods.
