Directions: Adults: For general immune system health, take 1 tablet daily. At the first sign of a cold, take 2 tablets daily, or as advised by your health professional. Swallow with a glass of water before or after a meal. Break, cut or crush the tablet prior to consuming if you have swallowing concerns.
