The tablets contain non-hormonal phytotherapeutic formulations and are available in two doses. This ensures more support for varying degrees of menopausal symptoms, from perimenopause through to post menopause.

Directions: Adults: Take 1 or 2 tablets daily, with water, depending on severity of menopausal symptoms
For best results take for a minimum of 3 months.
Ingredients: Each tablet contains Actaea racemosa (Black cohosh) extract dry conc. (Ze 450) 6.5mg, equivalent to dry root and rhizome 42.25mg.
Femular contains a small amount of lactose (44mg per tablet). Vegetarian friendly product. Femular contains no added gluten, wheat, corn, egg, soy, yeast, sesame, peantuts or tree nuts, genetically modified ingredients, artificial or nature identical flavours, colours or sweeteners.
Product Warnings: Always read the label and follow the directions for use. In very rare cases black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain and/or loss of appetite you should stop using this product and see your doctor.
