Adults: For Omega-3 supplement, take 1-2 capsules daily. For healthy blood lipids maintenance, cardiovascular system and heart health, take 2 capsules three times daily. For mild arthritis and mild joint inflammation relief, take 4 capsules three times daily.
Children 6-12 years old: Take 1-2 capsules daily with meals, or as professionally prescribed. May pierce the capsule and squeeze the contents into milk or juice.
