Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Gently smooth a small quantity of Metsal cream into the skin 2-3 times a day.
The cream penetrates to provide relief from pain. Vigorous rubbing is not required.
Sport: Apply before, during and after sport to relieve sports sprains, strains, muscle and joint pain.
When injured: Rest: Rest injury for at least 48-72 hours.
Ice: Apply ice to injured area immediately for 20 minutes every 2 hours to reduce swelling and pain.
Compress: Wrap injury with compression bandage.
Elevation: Elevate injured area to reduce swelling and pain.
Recovery: Metsal Heat Rub Cream can be applied to muscles and joints once the swelling has subsided.
