Directions: How to use Sinex Metered Pump Spray: Remove protective cap. (Before using the first time, depress the round tab firmly several times to prime the metering pump). Blow the nose before administering. Hold bottle with thumb at base, nozzle between first and second fingers. With head upright, insert spray nozzle in nostril, depress pump 2-3 times all the way down with a firm even stroke and sniff deeply.
Ingredients: Contains: Benzalkonium Chloride and Benzyl Alcohol as preservatives, with Aromas of Menthol.

Do not exceed recommended dose. Treatment should not exceed 3 days. Frequent or prolonged use may cause nasal congestion to recur or worsen. Do not use this product if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, or difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland, unless directed by a healthcare professional.
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a healthcare professional before use. This product may cause temporary discomfort such as nasal irritation.
